I watched all the vids on it and had thought that it would be a great gift for my daughter. Now that I’ve received it, I can say that it’s blown away my expectations. From the moment you start him up, there’s something magical about him. It really feels as though you have your very own cartoon character sitting on your table. It’s worth twice the money in terms of its entertainment value. He’s back in the box now and I can’t wait until Christmas for my daughter to open this gift.

The direct Wifi connection and the fact that the app has to be running on top with your phone/tablet is a little cumbersome, but it does give it a ton of computing potential without having to pay for it in the product. I have a movie server in my house and would love it if there was an option to install a plugin that was always on via my network. I don’t see any reason that this won’t happen in the future. It would be really cool if you could give it voice commands via the mic on your phone or from something like Amazon Echo.

I imagine that this little guy will have tons of upgrades over time and will eventually be a true assistant/ companion. Everything needed tech wise is in the box.
