I needed a little assistance at the beginning, and they were very helpful. I am still getting familiar with the motion sensor and the settings. It is nice to answer the door from my iPhone instead of making my way to the front door several times a day. I feel more secure that my kids can answer the door from their phone instead of opening the door to a stranger while I am at away.
